TUTORING CLASS HAS GROWN

I started out tutoring one girl but my "class" has grown to six. We have a lot of fun together and have been working on words that are pronounced the same but spelled differently and have different meanings (threw, through etc) they get very confused. We are also working on compound words. One of our funniest moments was when I had to teach them about eyebrows. They raise their eyebrows to say yes so I had to tell them if they do that in America it looks like they are flirting, they thought this was hysterical. They also like the concept of dessert which is not a thing here. We have so much fun together. I found out Elsa's parents are coming this week and three more are coming next week, it will be sad to see them go but I am so happy for them, pray for them as they embark on this new chapter in their lives.
